Lypossage

Lypossage is a non-surgical procedure for reducing cellulite. The Lypossage Cellulite Treatment makes use of a unique machine to provide treatment to the patient. Providers of Lypossage must be certified and trained, as Lypossage is both a technique and a product. The Lypossage machine works by providing both positive and negative pressure similar to that of a massage to targeted areas. Lypossage treatment claims to reduce cellulite and improve lymphatic circulation.

Lypossage – Details of the procedure

The fatty tissue of your body acts as the “toxic waste disposal site”, where non-metabolized substances are dumped. This congested tissue has poor circulation (note: cellulite prone areas are cool to the touch). Lypossage cleanses the body of stagnant, stalled lymphatic fluid that can create the lumps and bulges we know as figure imbalance. The deeper strokes of lypossage break up adhesions under the skin that contribute to the dimpled uneven appearance of cellulite. Lypossage also tones muscles, and it lifts and firms sagging tissues.

How are treatments scheduled?

Treatments last about 30 minutes and are performed over 18 sessions during the course of 6 (six) weeks. It is important  to note that for most clients it takes about 8-10 sessions before the results of the initial treatment can be noticed. After this, progress can be quite dramatic. Using a combination of lypossage and lypossage wraps will further enhance your results.

We also reccomend that you follow an at-home body care regimen, including the special Lypossage treatment products to stimulate circulation in cellulite-prone areas, and exfoliate and hydrate the skin, as well as improve its tone and elasticity. The Lypossage home care collection provides state-of-the-art spa formulas that will bring your skin and body into beautiful condition.
